About Me
Hello, my name is Elaine and I am passionate about the belief that we all have an inbuilt ability to ‘self-right’ when life gives us choppy waters. I see the importance of being heard and the empowerment it gives us.
My practice is built on a degree in Person-Centred Counselling. I gained my placement experience with a Christian Norwich-based charity called 4Cs as well as Hebron Housing which supports women through addiction rehabilitation. Continuing my professional development I then joined a team with Norfolk and Waveney MIND supporting those bereaved by suicide.
My services are inclusive, always.
